Dr. Katheryn A. Jones (as she is affectionately known for her humanitarian work) is a visionary leader, strategist, and humanitarian committed to helping individuals and organizations unlock purpose and create meaningful impact. She is the CEO and founder of Destiny Global Enterprises, LLC, and Destiny Family Services, CDC, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Global Missions.
With more than 25 years of corporate leadership and community impact, Katheryn brings a distinctive blend of strategic intelligence, compassion, and purpose driven clarity. She has worked with best practices teams in the areas of communications and hiring and during her tenure with Allstate won a Chairman’s and Bronze Award for her excellence in performance, leadership, and quality.
Her expertise empowers individuals, teams, nonprofits, ministries, and businesses across the U.S. and abroad by strengthening their systems, leadership, and culture to help them fulfill their mission and goals for their intended target market.
Her three book Destiny Curriculum—Transitions, The Unique You, and Breaking Through Glass Ceilings—guides women and youth through the deep work of identity, purpose, and personal transformation. Through these writings, she equips individuals to examine long held beliefs, strengthen their identity, embrace new value systems, and develop strategic plans and relationships that align with their gifts and calling. Through these curriculums she has served 139 families and developed community outreach programs through Destiny Family Services, CDC. Collectively, the curriculum has been delivered across 204 sessions and 558 training hours.

As a breast cancer survivor who also rebuilt her life after the sudden loss of a 20 year career, Katheryn brings a depth of empathy and insight that can only come from lived experience. Her journey fuels a coaching approach that is both compassionate and powerfully transformative.
Through the Circle of Extraordinary Women—a community she created to support women from all backgrounds, including unhoused single mothers—Katheryn helped women and families gain clarity, confidence, and direction during defining seasons of their lives. Many now lead in their careers, businesses, ministries, homes, and communities. Through her life coaching and group therapy, she has impacted 90 women through 76 sessions and 238 hours of coaching, therapy, and mentoring, producing the following outcomes.

50% were reunited with their families or went on to lead healthier lives.
Grounded in her M.A. in Christian Counseling and Ministry and strengthened by her structured coaching framework, Katheryn equips individuals to heal, rebuild, and step boldly into the purpose and identity they were created to carry.
Whether speaking or consulting with individuals, teams and leaders across ministries, nonprofits, and for profit businesses, Katheryn activates potential and equips individuals to lead with confidence and integrity. Her work helps build cultures that cultivate purpose driven careers, businesses, and ministries. In this work, she has worked with two nonprofit foundations to develop global disaster relief practices, operating procedures, and other strategic development plans.
In Katheryn’s workshops and business development with start-ups, small to midsize for-profit and non-profit organizations, her approach blends foundational business development with strategic planning, giving clients the structure and clarity they need to move from vision to execution. Through her guidance, she has facilitated sessions in business plan development, project implementation and strategic development to 150 leaders and organizations to help them build systems, strengthen teams, and create environments where purpose and performance work together to produce lasting impact.
